I'm playing a Chinese MMORPG (http://ff.163.com) and I have some people to help me understand it, but I would love to actually learn the language. As it's a game, I don't need to be able to pronounce the characters.

Does anyone know of any good free resources that make it easy for me to quickly learn basic Mandarin, but also video game and online terms?

Hello lesderid and welcome to CL&U. Questions about resources are now off topic, but a question about Mandarin learning resources was created to provide a sort of database. Feel free to use it and to include new stuff! About the Videogame related terms, you can ask single questions for them. :) Note that asking for resources is off topic.
