Writing Chinese Characters is Sloppy @NS.X. Are you talking about writing with brush or just pen/pencil? 1000 times, that is real determination!! |

What is that use of 得? Seems difficult to find example that match '记得'. What about '食得' in '食得下'? Actually, when we answer this question, should we focus on '记得' or the broader form/combination of 'X得'? |

What is that use of 得? @StumpyJoePete I just want to confirm 用得 can be used in written Chinese or Mandarin. I am trying to avoid Cantonese specific example in my answer. |

What is that use of 得? @BertR Those are not "translation", but kind of a "understand as such". I am not trying to give grammatical explanation in the answer. |

What is that use of 得? @BertR @NSX Regarding 用得, Does "他这招二龙抢珠用得真好" sound normal or strange to you? If you think is strange, then I will remove 用得 from the list. |

What is that use of 得? @NSX I do not mean to deconstruct the words or terms. They are suppose to be used/understand as a whole. That's why I keep use the words feel, sense in my answer. |

What is that use of 得? @BertR I don't meant those should be use on their own, they should be in sentences. I am trying to give out a list or words that is in the same category. |

What is that use of 得? IMHO, it is almost impossible to give a isolated definition of 得 in this and other usage/combination. This is the best I can think of to help OP to get a hang of it. |

Why is Economic translated to “經濟”? @StumpyJoePete True. It seems it is going both ways. It is Chinese characters, but the current everyday meaning/usage is adapted from Japan. The terms 经济 do exist in Chinese history, but the meaning is different. |

Why is Economic translated to “經濟”? @BD In (4), replace GM with 革命. The original author is using GM to by pass China web filtering. I cannot fix it as it is only 2 characters. |
