comment What's the Most Likely Chinese Version of this Odd “Chinglish”?
-1. I thought this is a site for learning Chinese language. Since when did it become a site for learning how mangled English came into being? Only the author of that poster slogan will know the answer to your question.

comment Why is Zhenya Wang's surname in English “Wang” but sometimes pronounced “Wong”?
Your reasoning is not correct. Many people born in the early 1900s are illiterate and do not know how to speak Mandarin. They speak their own dialect, which could be Cantonese, Hokkien or Teochew. The names are transcribed according to their dialect. This is quite common in places where the working language is English. Nowadays the trend is towards pinyin transcription since fewer people can speak dialect.

comment How do you say “I know that I don't know”?
It is obvious that you know you don't know when you say "I don't know". Just say "我不知道" or "我并不知道" if you want to emphasize your ignorance on the subject.
