Is 你多久吃一次鱼? a natural way to ask: How often do you eat fish?

你多久吃一次鱼 seems awkward to me. Native Chinese usually don't phrase questions like that. Instead, we use 你常常吃魚嗎? (Do you eat fish often?) That sounds more natural to me.

In everyday usage, 发动机 now means some kind of heat engine. OTOH, 电动机 specifically refers to an electrical motor. 引擎 is synonymous with 发动机, while 馬達 is synonymous with 电动机.

My take is the use of 就 is largely optional. For example, 架子倒下花瓶碎了 works just as well in Chinese. Perhaps it is even better because the sentence is simpler. 如果 A,就 B can also be simplified to 如果 A,B
