Please Identify Painting Signature

The signature looks like 笑宜. And the year 庚申 may refer to 1920 or 1980 depending on the age of the painting.

I need help translating the inscription on this vase

春風拂柳花開日,微雨初晴紫華飛 for the date, 辛丑 means the year is 1841, 1901, or 1961. According to the tiny slice of the paint, it might be dated 1961.

Identify Painting Chinese or Japanese? (Characters identified: 華岳 洪氏)

It must be 村上华岳 (Kagaku Murakami). He was a Japanese painter and illustrator who lived between 1888 to 1939.
