Is 未長未短 grammatically correct (in classical Chinese)?

uses “未長未短”:

but it's written in modern Chinese. Thanks in advance.
(How about "如意金箍棒复得, 未长未短"? How about “路线依旧如故, 未长未短”? Are these grammatically correct?)
